Fancy yourself as a bit of a Rafael Nadal? Then maybe clay is the surface for you. As the softest court surface it tends to play slightly slower than others and can lend itself more to longer rallies.

The first thing many think of when you mention tennis is the lush green grass courts at Wimbledon. Grass courts tend to be played on more seasonally rather than all year round. On grass players will find the ball moves slightly faster, staying lower to the ground and tends to favour intermediate to advanced players.

Indoor courts are another great place where you can hone your skills all year around. However, current Government guidelines state that these facilities are to remained closed until further notice. In England, where coaching is allowed in groups up to six people including coaches , players can find and book on to Cardio Tennis , Tennis Xpress and a host of other group activities, where available.
