Payment is sent by bank transfer to: acc no , sort: As a goodwill gesture, Monday night attendees can make up any missed classes on Wednesday night at Earlsfield Library and Wednesday night attendees can make up any missed classes on a Monday night at Balham Library ONLY within the time frame of the course they are attending and ONLY subject to availability.
This concession cannot be extended to any other event or beyond the time frame of the course they are attending. This is non-negotiable. A course payment is a binding contract.
In all circumstances course payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Financial concessions cannot be made for any missed classes for any reason including acts of nature as this is beyond the control of either whYoga or the venue. Course participation offers a cost effective means of attending whYoga classes if not more than one class is missed in the course. It is the student's responsibility to work out the best possible rate before committing to a course.
A yoga mat and blanket are required for the class. Inversions will not be permitted without a blanket or other support for the neck, Vicky also recommends that you bring a long sock for reaching feet in forward bends. Vicky also advises the use of a French organic lavender eye mask to enhance meditation classes and relaxation at the end of the class. All payments are non-refundable in all cases including acts of nature where cancellation is beyond the control of either whYoga or the venue.
There is a 48 hour transferable policy in place. Cancellations must be made strictly before 11am on Thursday morning if you would like to transfer your payment to another whYoga Day. This policy applies even if your payment is pending. Please be advised that all payments towards the retreat are non refundable and non transferrable unless the retreat is cancelled by the retreat centre or myself for personal reasons. In the case of acts of nature where circumstances are beyond the control of either whYoga or the venue there can be no returned payments.
This is non-negotiable in all cases including commiserating circumstances. Balances must be paid 12 weeks prior to departure. In the case of any acts of nature where circumstances are beyond the control of whYoga or the private client whYoga will endeavour to reschedule a time for the week in question.
If you wish to cancel then please ensure that you contact me via all methods of communication and presume that if you have not had a response then I do not know of the cancellation. I shall respond as soon as I am aware. This will ensure that I get the message and can make alternative arrangements in place of the cancelled booking.
Please note that in order for me to deliver high quality teaching I schedule myself to teach no more than 10 classes per week to maintain quality, so it is important that I am given as much as notice as possible.

The whYoga Master Class is an intense and dynamic 2 hour yoga workshop that follows a unique sequence of yoga postures over 80 minutes with a gentle warm up and warm down either side. Performing a rigorous flowing yoga session will accelerate the flushing of toxins from the body and increase concentration.
Yoga sequencing integrates movement with deep abdominal and thoraco - diaphragmatic breathing. The whYoga Master Class sequence will develop muscle tone throughout the body but particularly in the upper body and abdomen. This class will be hard going and a real test of focus and willpower, nevertheless an exciting challenge. Yoga Vinyasa Yoga Flow teaches you that one action that follows another creates a chain reaction.
This idea can be understood beyond the yoga mat and applied to our emotional lives. Beginners can partake in this yoga workshop as each student is encouraged to rest from the sequence from time to time. This class helps you develop a stronger mental attitude and hones your determination, motivation, self-confidence and above all compassion.
